64GB MicroSD card suggestions

Hey, I'm in need of more storage on here since my Kindle screen cracked and I can't fix it for a while.

What 64GB microSD cards are compatible with this device? I've looked up a few of them on here and on Google, but have seen mixed reviews.

Thanks!

Is there anything special I need to know about this, like what to do after it's installed? I see a lot of people on here talking about partitioning, using link2sd or folder mount and I have no idea what all that entails.

Edit: Anyone know whether these are compatible with an LG Volt?

I'm using the same 64gb SanDisk ultra card linked above. Had it for about two years, just swapped it from my old phone into my new Volt last week. No problems whatsoever. I would imagine the Extreme cards would work fine too but I haven't tried them.

I use it mostly for data storage - it has all my mp3s, pictures, audible books, etc. I haven't needed to move any apps to it offer anything like that so I don't know anything about that kind of thing. I just reformatted it in the phone and off I went.

I've read on Amazon that people take issue with its writing speed & think it's too slow. I do plan on loading up some movies and whatnot onto my phone, and wait time really isn't an issue for me; just wondering whether getting one with a faster write speed is worth the price & will work in the phone.

Someone on here in the Q&A area said that you can use up to a 128 gb sd card in LG Volt phones, but I'm not sure if that's true. I've read otherwise on the forums here (that LG V's can only take 64 gb sd cards).

Can someone verify this for me?

As we speak, I'm using this PNY 128gb Micro-SD card in my my LG Volt http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OP2P0ZO?ref_=pe_527950_33920250

I have had it a few months now, no issues. I have it set up with three partitions, first partition is a 2gb fat32 to keep android happy, a 114gb EXT4 partition for Link2SD and other files, the last partition being a 2gb Swap partition to help when ZRAM and regular RAM gets filled. Doesn't add up to 128gb because of partition formats needing space for the file system structure, ymmv.

I have also stored a chroot and a few emulator roms under the second partition partition.

In case your also wondering, I have used it successfully under stock, CM11, and CM12.1.
