7" 16:9 Android Tablets

Nexus 7 is the obvious 7", but that's 16:10. Will fit 1080p content without scaling though (1920x1200).
Samsung's Galaxy Tab 3 is closer to 16:9, but much lower resolution (1024x600), so you'd probably be better off with the Nexus even if it's not quite the aspect ratio you wanted.

This is for replacing the stock navi screen in my Mazda Atenza, the screen is exactly 7" 16:9, so anything else I will need to cut some plastic which is what I am trying to avoid.
The nexus 7 is almosts a whole cm wider than the current screen, thats a lot. Is there a way software wise to run the nexus7 in 16:9 mode or something? I'm not too concerned with the loss of screen.
