Help 7.7 tether to Iphone 4S

I have a tab 7.7 3g, is it possible to tether it to a Iphone 4s so I can connect to the internet when no wi fi available?

I don't own a 3g version, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. I sometimes tether my galaxy s2 to other peoples devices including idevices.
