7 inch or 5 inch?

I've been researching a lot about the almost out samsung galaxy s wifi 5.0 and about 7 inch tablets. I prefer the 5 inch screen but i might want a 7 inch because of processors. My real question is how does the 1ghz hummingbird processor compare to the 1.5ghz snapdragon on the flyer and the tegra 2 on the dell streak 7. Will it make a noticeable difference in gaming and browsing. And for games like minecraft (the portable one) will the galaxy s wifi be able to handle it. Also, are any other companies making 5 inch tablets or making players like their phones but without the phones?
Thanks,
-Milo

The Samsung 7inch currently is an old piece of kit, making it a bit worse than the other choices. they will be releasing an updated version of it by next year I think.

a lot of fones that are coming out have 4.5" and up screens (as well as dual core processors) so for it should a tablet needs to be at least 7" my self I prefer a 10.1" screen.
