QuickPic has the option to hide folders (albums).
But they aren't encrypted, just hidden.
UPDATE: Hidden, password optionally.

Thanks for your reply.
I use the hide function to 'hide' the unused pictures like AlbumArt and Appstuff
But I'm looking for an application that hides them without the poor quality.

Could it be that you mean QuickPic's "Excluded Folders"? Hidden folders will be created with a long press on the folder using the pop up menu.

Nope, it's simply on/off hide folders.
