Help ##786# Life Data RX log missing tethered downloads?

Am I missing something or does the ##786# Life Data RX not show data downloads using Easytether or PdaNet? The 202013 kb on my phone seems to be a fraction of the actual amount of data that has passed through my phone.

I found out that the Life Data RX log resets to 0KB after every 5GB or so

That may be so, but my data count has stayed at 202013 kb even after downloading 100 mb worth of aps and software to the device, and after streaming (3) 2+ hour Netflex movies in HD. I'm not complaining... just curious.
