I am facing problem to connect to my work WiFi with my HTC ONE V. It's Cisco WiFi with 802.1x eap network. I tried so many apps in the market but unable to access WiFi. It shows connected but there is no internet access.

Can anyone help me please.

Thanks

Those applications does nothing else but to give you a list of available Wi-Fi connections (whether locked or open). If you are having problems connecting..there are a few troubleshooting tips that you can try, but there are no guarantee that they'll work - just being honest.

● Unplug the router for two to three minutes.
● Power device off - remove and reinsert battery after five minutes.
● Disconnect from Wi-Fi and sign back in.
● If you are sure that the problem is your device and not the router - you can (only as a lastt resort) do a "reset" of the device.

In some cases, doing nothing and just wait it out... also works.
Good luck. ツ

Well I cannot turn off the router at my workplace but I did tried to reset my phone. Nothing worked. It seems HTC has some issue in software with android ICS.

Not necessarily. These wireless internet connections seem to have a mind of their own. Recently I was having connectivity problems with my Wi-Fi _ and no matter what I did nothing seems to work. I just leave everything alone...and after a day all was back to normal. This doesn't always happen, though.

No its not WiFi problem. My phone doesn't save the setting when I add network and select phase2 auth : mschapv2 its changed it to blank which shudn't happen. There was no problem with my previous phone which runs on android 2.3...also other folks at my office are fine with the same settings.
