Ok here is what is happening I just figured out how to root my phone all is working well, but I have a new issue, little back story to this I downloaded a game called walking dead then a game called elemental kingdoms then titanuim back up then I tryed to get bloatware wich was only a few megs cant remeber exact amount it then said said

P.S I thought if some one might know away to bypass the download manager of the phone by directly putting the app into the phone say using airdroid or somthing like it?

How did you uninstall? Via the app manager or a 3rd party app?

Reason I ask if you use a 3rd party app to uninstall, it doesn't delete the data/obb associated with the game.

Have you looked in your storage to see how much space you have left?

no only been using the phone to uninstall things dont know any other way

only 1.57g has been used of 2gs and sd card is untouched

If 1.57 is used the data is probably still there

Well I did reinstall the games to see if I could install anything and now have the 2 gams and titanuim back up

Ok I have tryed a few more downloads and they all go ok only ones that wont download deal with removing apps has samsung some how prevented thees downloads?

Well I got it fixed at least for now I just did a system restore and that seemed to work..
