8pen?

Just saw something about 8pen and how it's trying to make typing easier on you phone. I want to try but can't find it. Any ideas?
 
The 8pen offering I see on the mkt right now is selling for approximately 1.58USD.

don't forget tho, you have 24 hours to try it out for free.
 
Yeah... it sounds like it could be really cool if you took the time to learn it, but I know that I do not have the patience for it.
 
i found the APK file for it.. im currently using it its very confusing at first i had to watch the youtube video about five times to finally realize how it works. Now that i know the how it works i just have to remember where all the letters are placed. I think once you have that down you should be able pretty fast. Its a fun/weird type of text imputing. I like it over all just have to get it down.
 
Every dev is getting on the gesture train, or so it seems, and it seems like more work half the time to relearn a "better" method.

Are you literally typing "8pen"? Otherwise check out their website, you might be able to pull the APK file from them.
 
yes i have "8pen" "8 pen" eightpen, eight pen... tried them all. my market is jacked! I even tried using google goggles and went to their website. Nothing works.

So you never tried or used software or mp3s when it was supposed to be paid for? If not, carry on.

I'll be trying this new typing method but honestly i love my physical keyboard and dont think any method will ever replace it. As soon as you need a special character or number, your speed just died.

But why would I waste money on something I just wanted to see what it was all about and try it out for myself. If I would of actually liked it and kept it then I would of donated the money like I have before with other worthy apps. The app is a cool concept but hard to use so I deleted it to free up room in my phone. I like how people like you who know absolutely nothing about someone is so quick to judge. Thanks for making me smile today buddie.

N just throwing this out there for shits n giggles. Aren't you rooted? And if so im sure you're tethering and now doesn't that also make u a dirty cheap thief for not paying the $30 to verizon. :p

Oh and im sorry you spent the $1.50 or so on the 8pen app. Im going to redownload it right now again for FREE from the market just for you.
