Help *#9900# Not Working !!!

[tatortotluv]

Okay so I am trying to free up space on my Galaxy SIII right?
I figured out a shortcut to dial *#9900#, then select 'delete dumpstate/logcat'.
Well, when I dial the shortcut, *#9900#, nothing happens!
Please help me! ;n;

It doesn't work on all devices or Android versions, and it only works with the stock dialer.
