9mm won't load

just finished downloading the required game data files for 9mm, it took about 3 hours. But the game will not load. It force closes everytime. Anyone witnessing the same issue?
 
What is the device your running the game on? And did you purchase it via the Market?

Re-installing is always the first step :)
