A app for pulling information from web for contacts

I have just moved from Blackberry Playbook to Android tablet. Playbook had functionality whereby as soon as a contact was opened it would pull in data from web such as LinkedIn and Facebook etc (using email address)

Is there any Android app which would do this.

My contact are in Google and hotmail.

Thanks in advance.
