Sorry if this was posted again - I just wanted to help people out, being a noob
Boot Animations - Droidboots

Some pretty cool ones and some lame ones. Most of the previews don't look up to par, quality wise, but they are previews (pixelation)
This is not my site, just one I came across.

Check around - there are instructions.
I use DroidHelper, and it's pretty easy with this program.
