Help A common nuisance Notification on Folder Open/Close

Hi

There are huge amount to give a solution to this
1) Talk back: Off/On in Accessibility
2) Lite Flow Apps causing it

My problem occur in SamSung Grand GT19082 only after installing few more CM Apps: Flashlight, Security, Battery Doc (SuperOptimize & SavePower). Hence i don't know what cause it, any hands-On solution.

Found the culprit: CM Battery Doctor - Need to do setting to cut down on the OVER
notification.
The Lesson: Afer installing an App and see how it add too much smartness to your mobile and tweat at its Settings.

Uninstall everything by CM - Cheetah Mobile. It's garbage.
