A few questions before I decide

I'm in the market for a new tablet having recently given my 16Gb Nexus 7 to my sister (her laptop blew up)
It's a great little Tablet for the price/spec but the lack of upgradable storage was a big negative for me.
The Note looks pretty impressive from what I've seen, I'm a little concerned about the screen resolution though.. it's 1280 x 800 right? that's the same as the N7 but stretched over more screen real estate, how does that impact things such as viewing HD movies & playing HD games/gaming in general..?
Can you also install apps/games to the SD & launch them from there, and what is the general build quality like..?

From what i understand although its resolution isn't the best it's killer in multitasking and such with the S-Pen capabilities.

Resolution is and will be good for a very long time. There is no need for anything higher than that on a device like that. The huge resolutions on tablets right now, only appeared because there is not much more manufacturers can upgrade to make you want a new tablet.

Resolution is overrated if you ask me. Aside from their high reslution screens,what can they do? They can do pretty much what any tablet can do like surf the web, movies, music, and email but with a better screen. Take the screen away and its a galaxy tab or any other $200 tablet. The note 10.1 is truely the companion can do all type of tablet minus the high end screen. No other tablet has options like the note 10.1. I chose the note 10.1 over the ipad 4 and asus transformer infinity because of what it can do for me. The average person wouldnt be able to tell the difference with the high resolution screens anyway. The top two high resolution tablets (ipad 4, nexus 10) dont even offer expansion options, a must for portable devices in my opinion.

Build quality isnt an issue to me. Its glossy plastic, durable, and light to carry.

I have both the Galaxy 10.1 note and the iPad4 the Galaxy can do everything the iPad4 can also with the micro memory slot it is really more useful to me. Unless you just want the iPad save yourself some money get the Galaxy.
