Help a few simple questions

1. How do I set it so that I get notifications every so often rather than just once and then nothing?
2. Is there a faster way to check my voice mail than memorizing the number and calling it everytime?
3. What's TTY mode?
4. How do i know how much data i've used up?

I'm quite new, but:

1. I'd like to know that, too
2 My carrier automatically adds the number to CONTACTS
3. TTY is something about speech-recognition and/or text-to-speech
4. I use the free version of Traffic Counter
