Help A friend can’t ring

I have a new Samsung A21s. I have a friend who says when she tries to ring or message me, she gets a message “Device not in service”. Other friends get thru OK.

maybe talk to your provider.....there is not much you can do on your end.

I thought, as the phone is new and I’ve been fiddling with it, I may have turned something off. I can’t find blocked calls on the phone.

check your dialer settings. go into the phone app and look for the 3-dots and select settings.....there should be an option for block calls with a list of blocked numbers.
