Help A Good Samsung S6 Tutorial

I have a Samsung S6. I require a good tutorial that actually explains how to operate the device. I have downloaded several but they do not explain 'how to use' the device. Other than a cell phone, I have no prior experience using this type of device. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am 72 years old and a former pilot.
