Help a help with the Wi-Fi

hii there
when I turn on the wi-fi it keeps scannig then it tells me to see available networks,turn on wi-fi
is that mean there's no wi-fi connection available or there's something wrong with my device ???
when I turn on the wi-fi from another device it finds the available wi-fi networks but they are all secured , but my samsung galaxy cannot find the secured or the non secured networks , something wrong ???!!!!!

try long pressing on the wifi icon and going to the settings of wifi and see what networks show up there you should get some networks with bars and a lock symbol.

I did it that but no networks showed up

thats strange try going to the screen and clicking on scan and see if it finds anything? Otherwise scroll down you should see an option of "Add Wifi Network" try clicking on that and add the network manually entering the SSID and required info. If your router supports WPS try connecting via WPS also and see. if u click menu button it gives u an option for wps push button. If all this fails try contacting samsung and see.
