The final results 30,000 total links 884 with "issues" 19,995 right to samsung. Links with scripts too. Id say its malicious. Why would samsung do such a thing

Yeh, that's apparently some premium service that this Link Check offers to their users. As I don't have a Link Check account and nor do I use a Samsung device, I don't think I can help you much more.
