A Litte help please with screen time out

I was messing around today and found where to shut of the screen while charging, but I wanted to turn it back on and can't find where it is?Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Also before the update I could have sworn there was an option on the screen timeout to set it to never ? Now I don't have that option am I crazy or was it there ?
