I was talking to a guy who works in electronics yesterday and he told me that since they sold so many Centuras for $29, there are people coming in every day with no clue how to use the phone. He said it's mostly elderly people (no offense) who are coming from flip phones. I could see my parents being in the same situation if they bought one. He's helping people as much as he can but there's so much to do it's hard.
I actually had a customer whom I've known for years ask me how to sync his contacts from his LG flip phone so I did it for him although I work in produce lol. I got a look from my manager and I said "customer service comes first right?" He never said anything lol.
P.S. I forgot to mention that the same customer came to me a few days later and was so excited he learned to download apps. He said he finally got Firefox installed.
