a n other newbie needing help

Hi I'm a newbie needing help please, I have a Zcom 8518 tablet .All was fine till recently, when I switch it on it just goes to the scolling "loading" page and no further, just continues scolling loading . I've tried running the battery flat & recharging, & reseting through the pinhole several times, but the result is the same just scolling loading.
All help will be appreciated

Hi Ron welcome to Android Forums.

You've tried the obvious things, like letting the battery run-down and resetting it.

What I think has happened, as so often happens with these budget Chinese tablets, is that the software(ROM) has become corrupted, rendering it unbootable(bricked). It would have to be re-flashed, but you'd have to get hold of the appropriate flashing tool and ROM file. I don't know where you'd get this for the Zcom, apparently they're a Shenzhen tech products company, but they don't even appear to have a website.

Can you return it to wherever you bought it for a replacement?
