A newb question about game backups

Hi all... this has probably been asked many times and I have searched the forums but cant find anything exact...

I have a few paid games and apps... that I use on my HD2... I want to make one or two of games available to my daughter on her Orange San Francisco (ZTE Blade).... both devices are running Froyo.

I have my own Google account and she has hers...

I could pay twice for the games but I would obviously rather not.... can I copy or restore them to her phone as well?

That won't work for any copyprotected app (nearly all), since they check your Google account if you bought the game.

But there are so many good free games available, that you will have no problem in filling her device with games.

Technically, because the purchase was associated with a particular Google account with the intention of that license applying to one user, doing this would constitute a copyright violation.
