A newbie needing help...

I'm lost! I'm new to this forum and do not understand some of what I need to do to free up space on my Motorola Triumph phone. I get low on space messages all the time and messages that my text memory is full and I cannot get incoming texts. I have a bare minimum of apps as I have deleted all but the ones I feel are necessary. There are apps that came with the phone which I never use but say I cannot delete them such as UberSocial, Poynt and Scvngr. I have read some of the forums and do not understand all the tech jargon...HELP!!:dontknow:

I don't own the same phone as you, so am not aware of the memory issue you mention... you may get better help from someone that owns the same phone as you in Motorola Triumph - Android Forums

There are some pre-installed apps/carrier bloatware, such as those you speak of, which you cannot remove without rooting.
