A note to Verizon Wireless

Hey Verizon, in case you haven't noticed I am no longer feeling the luv.

The first time you broke my heart was years ago when you let me turn off my data plan during a money crises without telling me that doing so would prevent me from ever again having an unlimited data plan. I mean, I would have skipped a few meals and saved myself a heartache.

I got over it and stayed with you. Though it has been pretty rough. There was the fact at first that all I could afford was a simple phone. Then when I could afford a better phone it turned out that the internet service, well pretty much sucked even though I had unlimited internet. All I would want to do is check out the weather, and you would make me wait, and wait, and wait.

Now, the internet is blazingly fast, I have a great phone, and our relationship should be doing really well, but now it seems that all you want is my money; apparently all off it.

As much as I hate to think the thought the only decent thing I am able to see happening in our future is a divorce.

There's a loyalty department. You may try bypassing the CSR's and asking for loyalty. They may offer you something to keep you. Truth be told, they are on top of the market share and act very independent, however. Best wishes for you!

There's a loyalty department? Maybe I will look into that this next fall when it's time to upgrade. For it is sad we seem to be getting better tech with the phones and worse service.
