Root a question about androirc prog

Before I got my phone rooted the prog called "Androirc" worked. After rooting the prog stops responding on the 1st screen. I am wondering why the prog stops responding.

Also after rooting Should I be seeing a bucket load of files (like the hidden system files of windows)? I see a bunch of new directories with nothing in them. I think this directories are on the sd card. How do I look at the directories and files not on the sd card from my laptop. :help: :listen:

you dont look at the phones memory from your laptop.
The PC only mounts the SD card as far as i know, atleast if you mean via the normal open in my computer method.

Yes after rooting you will see lots of files and directories in a file manager as you can see the phones storage itself.
And that being said, be careful of the delete button
