A question about my ZTE 4G phone

Right now my primary broadband ISP via Charter cable tv is down. I have rooted my ZTE 4G phone and rigged it with an app called "Easytether Pro" and via the usb cable thats how my laptop is getting on the internet. I have a prog from RemoteHams.com - Home on my laptop that lets me connect to a remote Amateur Radio Station via the internet. This is a form of VOIP setup. Now the ZTE 4G phone can handle short bursts of large volume live streaming audio and control data. My question is the field day contest is this weekend. 24 hours on the air from 11 am Sat to 11 am Sun. I won't be working that hole time period. But how well will this phone hold up under the data load for a long period of time. I don't want to burn my phone out. The phone is more important to me than then working the field day contest. That is why I am putting the question out now.

I know it's a little late for an answer and I'm curious if you did it and if it worked out okay. The only thing I noticed about demanding more from any phone is battery temperature. Like when your charging and using WiFi and Bluetooth while downloading something would be one example.
Would your USB also be charging your phone at the same time as exchanging data? I'm pretty sure the battery wouldn't last 24 hours doing that. It seems like you would only need your mobile data while doing this. If your phone isn't getting too warm I would say it's good to go. Me on the other hand have an overclocked CPU and these phones don't have the temp gauge for the CPU. I can tell you from my personal experience that the phone seems to pump faster network speeds and doesn't barely get warm at all even with the CPU at 1.512ghz. Hope this helps despite you needing an answer like 3 weeks ago :screwy:
