A question for the Tasker experts

Hey guys i'm completely new to Android and Tasker and I want to know if it's possible to create a task like this:
Press of one button ie. an app (probably wifi or a toggle button) and have it toggle (on/off) wifi, mobile data - always on and background data, all in one press of a button.
If it's possible would anyone know the procedure to do so. I just can't work out how to use tasker to do this yet.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Long press on an empty space on the home screen, add a Task widget. Then just add the actions you want to that task (e.g., wifi on, mobile data on).

I don't think you can control the background data setting with Tasker.
