a quick question

I just need the answer to a simple question, but can't seem to find it. When trying to sync a headset to an EVO, the headset says type in the code 0000. Where in the heck do I do that?
 
Hi pierard, welcome to the forums! You should get a notification window on the Evo asking you to enter the code before you can pair. If I knew which Evo you have I could point you to the proper forum, in the future please keep all questions to the appropriate forums, this area is for introductions only.

I'm guessing you're talking about Bluetooth...

First make sure Bluetooth is turned on on the the EVO. Then put the headset in pairing mode according to the instructions with that particular headset. Then, on the EVO go to menu>settings>wireless & networks>Bluetooth settings and scan for devices. Your device should identify itself and you will tap that on the phone which will then ask you for the code. That's where you type in the four 0's.
