You will still have download mode, even if you bunged your recovery. This has happened to me.
1. Remove the battery wait 10 seconds
2. Replace the battery
3. Hold volume down and power simultaneously.
4. When you feel the phone vibrate release power but continue to hold volume down
5. hopefully when you will see WARNING!!. release volume and press volume up to enter download (Odin) Mode

I have recently tried to flash my bricked rooted device but by mistake I flashed it a wrong os . So I want to ask whether It will cancel my root access so I can send it to Samsung repairing store .....please answer fast its 3 days left in my Mobil's warenty

Samsung probably won't. A local repair service might. For a fee. Do you have j-tag service there?

Installing a wrong ROM doesn't remove my root access??????

It may remove root access, but it won't clear your flash counter. Even if you take it to a Samsung service center, even if unrooted, if your flash counter isn't 0, they will not honor warranty.
