A Welcome Committee

I've noticed that alot of Introduction threads go unanswered, so I think it may be a good idea to have a group of people who are set aside to welcome people who join.

I would think the forum admins would do this...Phases seems too. I would suggest a copy and paste of welcome and encourage them to get posting.

I must admit, I'm not very good about visiting the Intro section. I'll try to get in there more often.

I do try but admittedly I miss some.

None should go unanswered though, I agree with that. So I will try harder.
