Hello

Is there a way that I can put a folder on my home screen that contains my next of kin's contact details? If this can be done, how can the information be obtained if the phone is locked?

You would have to disable your phone lock.
No workarounds....

Or don't have a lock screen. Just set it to swipe to unlock. Mine is fingerprinted so if I do pass on they can just use my fingerprint to open the phone.
