A60 factory reset

I recently purchased an A60, but having problems with Bluetooth (not working) and detecting mobile carrier. Was told to do a 'factory reset' by the supplier. How do I do it?
 
Hi All

I got the same issue (bluetooth doesn't work) and after "Factory data reset" I have also problem with weaker and non-stable GSM-signal. (both of them are known-issues)

The soft is: 2.3.3

Can anyone help me with that. I've requested etotalk.com for fixes, but for now they are not responsive.
