Ability to change incoming call text message reponse?

How do i go about changing the default text message responses to incoming calls?

I'm pretty sure that it's open the dialer. Tap the overflow menu control (three vertical dots), tap "settings", tap "quick responses". You can then tap each of the four and change them to say anything you like.
