Ability to set a scheduled task

Basically i have football manager on my phone and I would like to set up a kind of scheduled task or maybe some kind of backup that copies folder X for example and copies it over to my sd card potentially overwriting the X in a specific location. Is there something that could fit the bill?
 
Anyone any wiser, I've searched high and low for an app to automate this :-)
