They are still working out the hardware kinks for this device. Software development cannot continue without the hardware in place. It will most likely be delayed from its scheduled February 2012 launch. However, I can confirm that it will be 4G LTE.

Next to nothing from Motorola at MWC. So maybe the Dinara is a dead subject.
The next thing we have to look forward to is CTIA which is somewhere around the middle of the year. So unless I hear something on these forums or from Verizon, (my carrier) there is so far nothing that I know of that I would be looking at to replace my Droid X.
