i dont know what you r asking..cuz you can save a web page to your browser but if you clear the data from your browser it would easer it

hello I am the student of computers and first time working with android. I am doing a android cooking simple application,in that Iam providing list if recipes and by clicking on perticular recipe you will directly get the web page related to that recipe on your mobile phone but the problem is that I can not keep Internet continuosly open ,it will require money so is there any facility to save that perticular web page on mobile after seeing that recipe delete that web page from mobile please reply!!!!!
