Once in awhile my Kyocera Hydro phone will start a hole system update on it's own. If I happen to have the phone plugged into the usb cable to my laptop on charge only (no data transfer going on) at the time. The phone starts making the laptop go nuts. Like someone keeps unplugging and plugging in the usb cable. Both the laptop and the phone screen show the results. The phone screen keeps changing in a hog pog of nothing that makes any sense. I can stop the effect on the laptop by disconnecting the usb cable. But it still goes on in the phone until I pull the phone battery. Pulling the battery is the only way to stop it. All keys and controls are dead, no response. Once I have pulled the battery and let the phone sit with the battery out for a minute. Then put the battery back in and start the phone again, the phone is back to normal. I have no idea if the system update is from Boost Mobile and someone is cutting in on the download or if the system update is a trojan horse or a virus. How do I turn off the auto system update so the phone sends me a message saying there is an update to download and does nothing about the download until I ether say yes or no.
