I have been told by Verizon that my phone is fkd up. Basically, the volume plays alarm and notifications, but no personally made videos. ALSO, often I use the Google speak and it immediately is unresponsive wtf....speaking any volume.

So whats the question?

Did you check your media volume?

Settings --> Sound --> Volumes
and make sure Music, video, games & other media is turned up.

But the Nexus not playing your videos? Even the ones you shot WITH the Nexus?

You may actually need a replacement. You would want to move all your photos, videos and music to a PC so you don't lose anything. MyBackup Pro can save all your SMS/MMS messages to the cloud so you can retrieve them on the new phone.

Sorry for the incomplete start on this thread. It was late, etc. You pretty much answered a question I wanted to ask. Not only am I skeptical about the need to replace the phone, but
What is the quickest way to get the phone back to the way it is now if I replace it? Getting the apps back, with the information and settingggggggs. Do I have to spend time adjusting all the settings on the apps again? (a great concern is my productivity apps, which seem to take forever to get dialed in the way I like.)
I'll check out My Backup pro.
Any advice or heads up about the settings of apps? And will I need to reinstall 400 frkn apps?
