About upgrade

Last week I check when i am able to upgrade.

It said that i could on 12/02/2011. and that after that upgrade, it will take 1-2 months to switch to the new program.

Today I double check since 12/2 is this Friday. It now says i cant upgrade till 10/2/2012. If I call sprint do you think they would honor it since it was so close for me to upgrade.

If not would it be a good enough reason to cancel my contract without an EFT?

They did the same thing to me - my upgrade date was in November and when I called to start the process they told me of a "change" - would not be until Nov 2012 now. I still like Sprint compared to the other two. (pricewise). My coverage in this area is good.

I was thinking about t mobile. $79. I rarely go over 2gb of data o
a month.

Plus they have 4g in my area. Sprint doesn't
