Root Absolute System Tools

I download and install but that doesn't do the trick. I thought I'd have to rename/or move the file but I can't seem to find it

when in boot animations push far left button and change install location to data/local go back and download animation of choice and it will install it then reboot to see animation.

Yeah only thing is alot of those animations aren't 320x480 or whatever. Was wondering if we could resize with the editing tool.

go to boot animation.zip editor select animation you wanna use push far left button select edit dec.txt change first black line to match are screen resolution which is 320 by 480 push far left button save changes when done go back to downloaded boot animations and select animation you just edited and restart phone thats it. 320 480 12 don't bother the third set of numbers

to install from absolute system tools go to downloaded boot animations push far left button, import from sd card then push import to change import animation name then select done.

make sure to change screen resolution to match are screen size

Got it all figured out. Probably a good source of resource for others too. The third set of numbers is the FPS and is defined by the animation itself and not by the phone.
