Root Absolutely NO service after flashing CM12.1, again.

I got a new Volt after getting fed up of my LTE not working a month ago after flashing CM12.1, so I decided to flash the new build as of 6/28 last night and I have no service, 3G or LTE. I followed all of the steps, changed the SELinux to permissive, tried ALL of the APN's, and absolutely nothing worked. Does anyone know how I can fix this? At this point, I think I may be done with the Volt.

And Is there a Lollipop based ROM that has no camera and video issues? I guess I'd be fine with just 3G, but I don't even have that with the new build of CM12

Try blisspop ROM, or some of the other ROMs here.
