I have a few AC chargers from my old phone, Samsung Seek. I would like to know if I could use those charges for my SII T989. Thanks for the help

To be sure you'd have a look at the specs of the charger which came with your S2 and these old
chargers.
Your old chargers are USB chargers with 5V output voltage. So you only have to compare the most important spec, the output amperage. This is the amperage that your S2 charger is able to supply for charging the S2.
It might be 700mA (0.7A) or 1000mA (1A).
If the old chargers have the same or more output amperage as your S2 charger then you can use them to charge the S2
