Root Ac!d v6, 6.1 or 7?

well ill go search around and see if i can find anything for ya. i use to hate doing poist and seeing a bunch of views with no response so i didnt want u to go throught that. ill do some searching tho
 
Yeah trying. I did find a modified ac!d zip with no aroma that supposedly works on evo 3d with 4.2.1. I can't find it anymore! :(
 
It looks like midnightrom jellybean got it implemented in it. U should go check it out that's the one I'm using

It worked on evervolv! :) its 4.2.1 and with a few fixes, everything works like a charm. Except 3d. I'm on the dirt mod Mac kernel and have ac!d working now. :) plus I get 10k scores on antutu!
 
And to be clear with all working I mean camera/camcorder/wifi/3g/4g/MMS/VVM/voice dialer/USB otg/overclock/fastcharge/sweep2wake/ac!d audio/Bluetooth/and I believe lock screen widgets. :) so everything plus what I leftout lol. With this all and 10k antutu then good battery life I'm sold. Daily!

I tried it but couldn't get wifi tether to work what are you using for that ?

I meant the built-in wifi hotspot app in evervolv. Look in the "More..." section of the "Wireless and Network Settings".

Most AOSP ROM's have built in wifi hotspots that are just as "stealth" as the WiFi Tether app.

What are you using with OTG? It works for me on AOKP with ButteredToast but I can't seem to get my flash drive working with the Evervolv 4.2.1 ROM and the DIRT MAC kernel.

I haven't actually used it yet but but with Mac its under misc tweaks in kernel tuner. I assume it works when switched on.
Oh and I just found out Mac breaks camcorder.

That's a slightly different feature that allows a standard USB cable to be used for OTG, albeit without concurrent charging, but I think it still depends on drivers that don't seem to be present in the Mac kernel. :(
