accdr files in android

Just started a new job and the database for customer / stock control etc is in accdr format. Basically a MS Office Acces extension

Anybody know of anything that'll run on my Nexus 7 and / or HTC One M8 that'll allow me to access and update this on the fly rather than on my PC when I get home? The file is stored in dropbox so accessing and keeping it updated shouldn't be a problem

Rename it to .accdb and open it in any "Office" app that will open Access 2007 or later database files. (Naming it .accdr causes Access to open it in run mode.)
