Help Access non-rooted S3 without USB debugging on

So, I dropped my phone and even with the otterbox on, it cracked and the screen has become unresponsive. I can still see the screen.. kind of. It's being over run by this weird purple colour. Anyways.. the phone still works with the exception of the touch screen. So because of this I can't mount as disk drive to retrieve my files, and I also can't enable USB debugging. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S3, non rooted. Is there any way to retrieve my files, or even control my phone via PC or am I shit out of luck?

Not without USB debugging or access to the screen I'm afraid.

Could take out the SD card and get files from that
