Help Access PI for start-up

I would like a PIN or password for start-up of this Tab, similar to that on a phone for SIM upon start-up.
I don't want to encrypt the device, nor do i want an annoying screen-lock.
I find this weird why this is this so difficult, and not standard supply, really obvious to me!?

Settings >Lockscreen and tap Screenlock. Swype screen is the standard default.

There is a small but significant difference between "an annoying screenlock" and "the annoying screenlock" Must be my South African that confused me.

In the screen lock section you cam find the option for pin.

Agreed Bosbouer.
I know that brosko....but don't want the standard screenlock with PIN, I want only an access PIN or password at start-up.....why is this so difficlut to understand.....IT SHOULD BE THERE AS STANDARD!
