Help Access SD card files

I'm downloading something right now using skyfire on my Streak. Is there a way to pull up a list of things on the sd card without rooting? thanks!

SD card can be accessed without root, just download some filemanager (I'm using "Ghost Commander", but there are many more, search for "file manager" on market or androlib.com).

Then look in the root directory on the SD card or in a directory named "download"
