Android Question

HTC evo 3d phone pg86100 model
I was camping and could not get service.
I used a landline to call my own number but could not access the messages left for me via using my passcode.
I should be able to retrieve them - how do I use the passcode? do I enter the passcode after the message has played and the beep to leave the message sounds?
do I put in the passcode as soon as the recorded message plays?

Thanks for your help

Hi there :) welcome to the forum!

I'm afraid I cannot answer this question as it will depend on who your carrier is.

If you would still like an answer you can either post again using the same method you used for this one leaving us your carrier details. Alternatively to gain a faster answer you could register to the forum and scroll towards the bottom of the page and find the section for your carrier :)

As Matt said, it depends on your carrier....however, in most cases you can call your own number and then either hit # or * (not sure which) when your recording plays, and then enter your PIN code to access voicemail. Try both and see if that works.

I hope this answer has assisted you with your issue!
